Hi @feliciassss

There are several reasons why the export might not be working:

If your dataset contains more than 30,000 rows, Power BI Desktop won't allow you to export it as a CSV. In this case, try applying filters to reduce the number of rows before exporting.

If you're using an older version of Power BI Desktop, it could be a bug that's already been fixed in a later release. To rule this out, update to the latest version from the official site:
Power BI Desktop Download.

If your report is based on DirectQuery, exporting data can be restricted or completely disabled depending on the source. To check if this is the issue, switch to Import Mode and try exporting again.

If Power BI Desktop struggles to process the export, it could be a memory or performance issue. This often happens with large datasets. Closing other heavy applications and restarting Power BI might help.

If the problem occurs across multiple reports, it’s possible that the Power BI Desktop installation is corrupt. A full uninstall and reinstall of the software may resolve it.

If nothing works, a good workaround is to publish the report to Power BI Service and try exporting from there. The service sometimes handles exports more efficiently than the Desktop version.

And if the issue still persists, try creating a new, simple report to see if the problem is report-specific. Running Power BI as Administrator (Right-click > Run as Administrator) can also help. As a last resort, consider opening a support ticket with Microsoft:
Power BI Support.
