Emissions Impact Dashboard for Azure can't connect to Azure with Service Connection

I've been folloing this guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-connect-to-emissions-impact-dashboard and several others.

EnrollmentID or BillingAccountID is correct.

TenantID is correct.

Service principal ID is correct. (Application ID of my Enterprice application aka Service principle)

Service principal key is correct. The Value of Client Secret created on my App Registration

When I try to connect, I get this message

There are two Security groups used in the Power BI settings:

Developer settings - Embed content in Apps - Enabled - Specific security groups

Service principals can use Fabric APIs - Enabled - Apply to - Specific security groups

The Enterprise application (aka Service principle) I'm using is a member of both of these Security groups in Azure.

What can the issue be? Is there more Roles, Groups, API Permissions that I need to add to my App registration and Enterprise application (aka Service principle)?
