Dynamic Title for Drill-Through Visuals

Would like to have an option for the Visual Title to dynamically change with Drill Throughs. Such that if layered, the Visual Title would dynamically address which cross-sections are being viewed:

Home State: % Completions by Country

Drill Down to Next Level in Hierarchy would display Title Text as: % Completions by State

Expand all Down one level would display Title Text as: % Completions by Country-State
