Use If Condition Help Power Query

hello

I m new in this forum please can you resolve me this problem below, I dont understand  how to correct .

@Polo82 , each line of power query should hold value in a variable. So all iff should return value to variable /column

 

b= if [a]=1 then 1 else 0 ,
